 Frederic V. Flower, CFP, CPARegistered Principal fredf@fd-financial.com Fred is a Certified Financial Planner and a Certified Public Accountant and maintains active memberships in The Financial Planning Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants and the Annapolis and Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce. Fred graduated in 1971 with a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland and in 1996 completed the CFP Professional Education Program through the College for Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado. Fred has been a CPA since 1974 and a CFP since 1998. Fred has over 30 years of professional experience in public accounting, banking, insurance and financial services and has operated his current practice since 1987. Fred has served on the board of directors for several companies and non-profit organizations. Fred lives in Annapolis with his wife and two children. His interests include travel, sailing, skiing and golf. |
 Thomas J. Desiderio, CFP, CPAtomd@fd-financial.com Tom is a Certified Financial Planner and a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Maryland Society of Accountants. Tom graduated in 1978 with a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland and in 1996 completed the CFP Professional Education Program through the College for Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado. Tom has been a CPA since 1981 and a CFP since 1998. Tom joined Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) public accounting firm in 1978 and subsequently worked for an insurance company as Controller. He began his current practice in 1987. Tom currently serves on the Board of Directors for Annapolis Area Christian School and the Bowie Performing Arts Center (BRAVA). He also serves on the advisory board for Vocational Services, Inc. Tom has appeared on various local TV and radio stations discussing various financial planning issues as well as on a video sponsored by the Association of Retired Persons titled "Building A Solid Foundation". Tom's interests include jogging, University of Maryland basketball and football, bluegrass music, church, home improvements, and of course, spending time with his wife and three children. |
